Making sure you have the right equipment for your meetings
and conferences is the goal of our Audio-Visual Specialists. In addition
to LCD projectors, overheads, televisions and dvd/vcr players in each of the
public conference rooms that we maintain, there are a limited number
of flip charts and video projectors which can be reserved and picked
up at the main media services office at KS-B34.

- Can I borrow one of your LCD Projectors?
Yes, we do lend out Projectors - My meeting is in 10 minutes can I borrow a LCD Projector
If a projector is available, we can accomodate you. Reserving a projector in advance guarantees availability. Call 617-667-3234 or email mediaservices@bidmc.harvard.edu to reserve a projector. - Can I borrow one of your Laptop Computers?
IS Helpdesk at 617 754 8080 can help with this. We do not lend computers.
